Return Policy

At Plastic Mill our mission is to ensure a satisfied customer. We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. But in case you’re not, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days and issue a complete refund.
RETURN AND RESTOCKING POLICY

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service department via phone or email within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns must arrive to our warehouse in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging.

Please note, all shipping costs, both to customer and to return to our warehouse, will apply to items returned where Plasticmill.com has made no error in both merchandise and shipping. If an order is returned because the wrong item was shipped or a product was deemed defective, the return shipping costs will be waived.

A full refund (minus return shipping costs if applicable) will be made in the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving the return.

The Process is Easy as 1-2-3:

1) REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.

Contact our Customer Service Department via phone at 1-888-201-8303 or via email within 30 days of receipt of your order. A team member will discuss your shipping options, process your return internally and provide you with an RMA number. If you choose to exchange an item, a new order will be created for the product you would like instead.

2) PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT.

Make sure the item being returned is in its original packaging. Place it into a clean box or envelope and clearly print the RMA number on the outer packaging.

You can choose from several shipping options.

A) We can email you a UPS return label.

B) We can mail you a UPS return label.

C) If you are exchanging your order, we can insert a UPS return label into the box of your new order.

D) You can choose to return your order with a carrier service of your choice.

Once you receive your return shipping label, affix it to the outer packaging and drop off your return at the nearest UPS Drop-off location or schedule a pickup with UPS directly.

3) WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND.

Once we receive your return, a credit (minus shipping costs if applicable) will be issued to your account in the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return to process the return and issue the refund.

• Plasticmill is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

• No returns or exchanges on Custom orders.
